BREAKING: Full schedule for Sri Lanka’s tour of India announced!

India vs Australia 1st T20

The Sri Lankan team will be touring India for a bilateral series across all formats in November, the schedule for which has been confirmed today.

India are currently preparing for the T20 series against Australia and have New Zealand touring them next up.

BCCI hasn’t yet come out with the schedule on any of their social media channels, but ESPNCricinfo have released the full schedule after confirming it all with the venues involved for the series.

The series would comprise of 3 test, 3 ODI’s and 3 T20 Internationals, starting from November 16th and ending on the 24th of December.

First up would be the test matches with the first test beginning on the 16th of November in Kolkata, followed by tests in Nagpur and Delhi.

With only 4 days between the 3rd Test and the 1st ODI, people have already been voicing their opinions on the cramped schedule of this series!

The ODI series commences on the 10th of December at the ever so pristine and beautiful HPCA stadium in Dharamshala. Mohali and Vizag will be hosting the other two ODI’s.

Cuttack, Indore and Mumbai will be hosting the three T20’s, which will be held on the 20th, 22nd and 24th of December respectively.

India recently completed a overhaul over Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka, white washing them in all three formats and stamping their supremacy over the island nation.

1st Test: November 16-20 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata

2nd Test: November 24-28 at the Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA) Stadium in Nagpur (Jamtha)

3rd Test: December 2-6 at the Feroz Shah Kotla Ground in Delhi

1st ODI: December 10 at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) Stadium in Dharamsala

2nd ODI: December 13 at the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali

3rd ODI: December 17 at the Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy ACA–VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam

1st T20I: December 20 at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack

2nd T20I: December 22 at the Holkar Stadium in Indore

3rd T20I: December 24 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai
