Australian all-rounder Cameron Green is having a time of his life. After getting a huge paycheck in the recent IPL 2023 auction, the all-rounder scalped a fife-wicket haul in the boxing day test between Australia and South Africa at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne.

Australian captain Pat Cummins opted to bowl first at the MCG, and the bowlers proved his decision absolutely right by restricting the Proteas to just 189 runs. This was Green’s maiden 5-wicket haul where he managed to pick wickets of Theunis de Bruyn, Kyle Verreynne, Marco Jansen, Kagiso Rabada and Lungi Ngidi.
A few days ago Green said that he is having a weird summer as he has not been used much in both batting and bowling. However, when got the opportunity, he took it with both hands and proved his class in the red-ball format.

Cameron Green turned 23 earlier this year in June, and the youngster is not married yet. Although, he is in a relationship with his girlfriend Emily Redwood. Green is not shy in sharing his pics with her partner and has posted quite a few posts with his girlfriend on social media platforms.
Same as Green, Redwood is also from Western Australia only, and she is a nutritionist by profession. Redwood completed her bachelor’s degree in nutrition earlier this year from Curtin University. Both of them share a great bond, and it is safe to say that this Christmas would have been one of the best ones for them.
Green was recently bought by Mumbai Indians for a whopping price of INR 17.5 crores in the IPL auction. This is Green’s first stint in the IPL, and he has been valued a lot. Playing for the record champions will be a good experience for the tall Australian all-rounder, and he certainly will not forget that auction moment.
