CSA T20 League teams: SA T20 league squads and players list 2023

The inaugural edition of the SA20 League is set to start on Tuesday with the league match between MI Cape Town and Paarl Royals. All six teams of the tournament are owned by the IPL teams only, and it has certainly ignited a lot of excitement in the Indian fans as well.

A total of 30 matches will be played in the league stage of the tournament, where the top 4 teams will qualify for the semi-finals. Some big names will make their presence known in the tournament, and it is certainly a tournament that will be watched by many around the world.

The tournament will be played across six venues i.e. Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Paarl, Centurion and Gqeberha. A maximum of four overseas players will be allowed in the playing 11. The final of the tournament will be played on 11th February at Johannesburg’s Wanderers Stadium.

Apart from Rashid Khan (MI Cape Town), all the other teams’ captains are South Africans i.e. Faf du Plessis (Joburg Super Kings, Wayne Parnell (Pretoria Capitals), Quinton de Kock (Durban Super Giants), Aiden Markram (Sunrisers Eastern Cape) and David Miller (Paarl Royals).
