Hobart vs Adelaide head to head: HUR vs STR head to head record in BBL history

The 26th match of the ongoing 12th season of the Big Bash League will be played between Hobart Hurricanes and Adelaide Strikers in Hobart tomorrow. The two teams will be facing each other for the first time since BBL 2021-22 Eliminator at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Historically, Hurricanes haven’t been able to put on display outright domination against Strikers. From the last match to the last five matches to their overall head-to-head record over the years, Adelaide have been able to pummel Hobart in the past. Having said that, AS have never been able to defeat HH on Monday.

Furthermore, Strikers don’t have the best of records at the Bellerive Oval winning one and losing five out of their seven matches here. Hosts Hurricanes, on the contrary, have won 28 out of their 51 home BBL matches. The average run rate of Hobart (8.21) and Adelaide (8.29) at this stadium is almost the same.

As far as the current standings are concerned, HH are reeling at the bottom of the points table after winning two and losing three matches this season thus far. AS, meanwhile, are at the fourth position on the back of winning and losing three matches each out of the six that they’ve played in BBL 2022-23.
