"Put me in coach": Dani Daniels hilariously reacts to Bazid Khan confusing Danny Morrison with her

The ongoing second Test match between Pakistan and New Zealand in Karachi has successfully kept pace with other Tests played in Pakistan in the last year or so in terms of absolutely flat pitches having nothing in them for the bowlers.

As a result, until a game-changing period of aggressive batting or at least one batting collapse happens, there are high chances of this match also finishing in a draw. Assuming that the same happens, New Zealand’s first Test series in this country in the last two decades will end without either of the two matches producing a result.

In addition to it not doing any good to both these teams’ prospects of qualifying for the ICC World Championship final, it will also not change the bad reputation gained by Test pitches in Pakistan lately.

The otherwise tedious second Test witnessed a moment of jocularity on the second day when former Pakistan batter Bazid Khan verbally mistook former New Zealand fast bowler Danny Morrison for porn actor Dani Daniels.

It all happened when Khan was discussing highest 10th wicket partnerships in Test cricket referring to New Zealand fast bowler Matt Henry and spinner Ajaz Patel’s 104-run partnership for the last wicket at the National Stadium on Tuesday.

While Henry and Patel stitched the sixth-highest 10th wicket Test partnership among batters belonging to New Zealand, Khan was talking about their highest 10th wicket stand between Brian Hastings and Richard Collinge (against Pakistan in Auckland five decades ago) when he accidentally called his co-commentator Danny Morrison as Dani Daniels only to correct himself immediately.

An outright consequence of social media, the video reached Daniels who hilariously acknowledged her mention in a cricket match in a completely different part of the world. “Put me in coach!,” Daniels tweeted earlier today.

Daniels’ tweet has further snowballed the reach of the already viral video converting it into an apt meme material.
