Been in the limelight for more than a year, only 24 hours are left for the commencement of the inaugural season of The Hundred. Brainchild of ECB (England Cricket Board), this first-of-its-kind tournament will put forward another cricket format in front of the spectators.
In the contemporary era which is dominated by T20 leagues, it will be intriguing to not just follow the 100-ball format but also follow the reactions it receives from the fans across the globe.

The Hundred is an eight-team tournament which will be played between Manchester Originals, Trent Rockets, Welsh Fire, Birmingham Phoenix, London Spirit, Southern Brave, Oval Invincibles and Northern Superchargers from July 21 – August 21.
Readers must note that both men’s and women’s tournaments will be conducted simultaneously without matches overlapping with each other. The below mentioned channels and streaming platforms will remain the same for men’s and women’s The Hundred 2021.
The Hundred 2021 Live Telecast Channel in India and England
As has been the case in a lot of bilateral international series in New Zealand and West Indies in the last year or so, The Hundred 2021 won’t be available on television channels in India either.
Having said that, streaming platform Fan Code will be streaming all matches from the tournament at a nominal price. After T20 Blast 2021, this will be the second domestic competition from England which will be streamed live on Fan Code.
Unlike some international series in the recent past, fans don’t have the option of buying a pass for just one first match of the competition. Fans, who wish to buy ‘The Hundred Pass’ to watch all men’s and women’s 68 matches, will have to pay INR 59 on the website or mobile application of FanCode.
As far as the fans in England are concerned, they have multiple options to follow The Hundred 2021. While BBC will telecast some 18 matches of this season, Sky Sports Cricket (Channel 404) will telecast all the matches. It is worth mentioning that Sky Sports YouTube channel will stream all the women’s and some of men’s match of The Hundred 2021.
International fans in Australia and US will be able to stream this novel tournament on Kayo Sports and Willow TV respectively.
