According to Forbes, Kohli earned around INR 228.09 crore, whereas Dhoni earned INR 101.77 crore. While Dhoni was at the fifth position in the Forbes India Celebrity Top 100 list, Kohli was at second.
In 2018, Dhoni had an annual contract of INR 1 crore with the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India). Apart from that, he earned a match fee of INR 3 lakh and INR 1.5 lakh per ODI and T20I respectively.
