He has three houses in the country whose combined worth is INR 34 crore. Additionally, he has now strengthened his portfolio with a latest investment in Alibaug.

Kohli and his actor-producer wife, Anushka Sharma, had bought an INR 34 crore luxurious apartment in Mumbai in 2016. Located in the Worli area, Kohli’s apartment is on the 35th floor of Omkar residential towers. It is a four-bedroom house with a private terrace, garden area and a gym. The scenic view of the Arabian Sea is also visible from the balcony.
Kohli’s family home in Gurugram is spread across 10,000 sq ft. which is worth around INR 80 crore. There is also a swimming pool in the bungalow situated in DLF Phase 1. This is a royal place which encompasses world-class infrastructure. There is even a garage where Kohli parks his swanky cars. When not playing international cricket, Kohli spends his time here with his family.
Last year, Kohli bought a farmhouse in Alibaug whose worth is around INR 20 crore. This property is located in Awaz Village. Interestingly, Sussanne Khan, former wife of actor Hrithik Roshan, is the interior designer of this house.
Virat Kohli Buys A Couple Of Plots In Alibaug Worth INR 20 crore
Pictures of Virat and Anushka are being surfaced online where they are seen inspecting their new land in Alibaug. At a cost INR 20 crore, the surface area of the two plots is 4.91 acres and 2.54 acres respectively.
Alibaug is one of the most in-demand locations for real estate investments. The coastal area boasts greenery, beaches and a relaxing ambiance outside of Mumbai. However, it remains to be seen as to how the power couple utilize these plots. For now, there is no confirmed information about when the construction would start.
This is a significant addition to their already stunning list of properties. Apart from these residential properties, Kohli’s other investments include his own restaurants and investments in quite a few companies.
Virat Kohli Denies False Claim Of Preparing Cricket Pitch On Alibaug Plot
Recently, there were some media reports suggesting Kohli planning to make a cricket pitch on his Alibaug plots. Kohli took to social media platform Instagram to himself denied these rumours. He wrote, “Bachpan se jo akhbar Padha hai, wo bhi fake news chaapne lage ab [The newspaper which I’ve been reading since childhood has also started publishing fake news].”
Readers must note that it is not the first time when Kohli has had to quash fake reports about him. Recently, a lot of articles were floated where it was claimed that he earns INR 11.45 crore per Instagram post. As a result, he uploaded a tweet in a bid to dismiss those claims.
