Hobart’s Blundstone Arena is hosting the 35th league match of the BBL 12 between home side Hobart Hurricanes and Melbourne Stars. The hosts won the toss and opted to bowl against the Stars. There are some big names missing from both sides in the match.

Talking about Stoinis, the Australian all-rounder is forced out of the match due to a hamstring injury. Melbourne Stars have confirmed that Stoinis is suffering a low-grade hamstring strain and his return date is not announced yet. Even Stoinis will be playing in the ILT20 League for Sharjah Warriors after the BBL 12.
Stoinis has scored a couple of half-centuries in the tournament, whereas Boult scalped 8 wickets in 8 matches. Both of them are international-level players and their absence will certainly be felt by the side.
