Bollywood actor Sonu Sood was pleased after meeting former Indian captain and veteran wicket keeper MS Dhoni. Sood took to Twitter to express his happiness.

Young CSK pacer Deepak Chahar talked very highly of skipper MS Dhoni and expressed his admiration for the legend.

There is something about the CSK culture that keeps churning out fresh talent. In all the years that CSK have been a part of the IPL it is very hard to point out one single year in which you could blindly say that CSK have a great team.

They have more often than not had scarce resources and have somehow managed to bring out the best performances out of the players. A large credit of this goes to the support staff but it also goes to the captain who leads his troops fearlessly on the field.

MS Dhoni has been instrumental in CSK’s success over the years. Be it Sudeep Tyagi, Mohit Sharma on now Depak Chahar, Dhoni has marshalled his bowlers in a way that they have perform exceedingly well under his leadership. In a recent interview to TOI Deepak Chahar talked very highly of captain MS Dhoni and disclosed the secret of CSK’s success.

“Last year, I got selected to play for Rising Pune Supergiant, but never got a chance to play on the field. So this year, when I got selected for Chennai Super Kings, I made sure to utilize this opportunity.

“It is a lot of fun inside the dressing room where senior and junior players laugh together. Dhoni sir especially takes care of youngsters and always sits with us when senior players are sitting on the other table. He cracks jokes, makes fun of you and ensures that your morale is never low. He believes in young cricketers and this gives them the confidence to do better,” Chahar mentioned.

Chahar was a vital part of the CSK team in this year’s IPL all though. He missed out on a few matches but came back strongly to pick up 12 wickets in 10 matches. The pacer paired up with South African quick bowler Lungi Ngidi to form a formidable new ball bowling pair.
