Donny Van De Beek to Man United: Red Devils to prepare a lucrative offer for Ajax superstar

Donny Van De Beek to Man United: Red Devils to prepare a lucrative offer for Dutch sensation ahead of the summer transfer window.

Manchester United is looking to bolster their squad with new reinforcements and the club’s administration has set their eyes on Donny Van De Beek.

In a further update given by the Voetbal International, Manchester United is looking to match the price of €55 million Real Madrid offered to the Dutch giants.

The current squad of Manchester United do need resources on defence and attack, their midfield to an extent is complete considering Paul Pogba stays, and all they need a defensive midfielder to complete the last piece of the puzzle.

But at the same time, considering the quality Van De Beek has shown in the last two years, he surely seems an attractive prospect, plus considering his age, he would be good padding in the attack.

Manchester United is also keeping an eye on Kai Havertz who is also a prospect in midfield. But Chelsea’s interest in Havertz has brought down the chances of the Red Devils stepping up their process.

Meanwhile, they seem to have a clear run on Van De Beek, since a rumour revealed that Real Madrid is avoiding to spend big in the market this summer.

Therefore, they might eventually quit the pursuit of the Dutch sensation. Anyway, Van De Beek has been impressive this season, he managed to bag 10 goals and 11 assists in the 38 games he played across all competitions.

The 23-year-old superstar remains one of the last remaining players from the 2018-19 Champions league campaign that went on till the semi-final round, as Hakim Ziyech has also reached an agreement with Chelsea.
