Edison Flores goal against Chile: Watch Peru gaining 1-0 lead over Chile to get into Finale

Edison Flores goal against Chile: Watch Peru gaining a 1-0 lead over South American giants Chile to get into the finale of the Copa America 2019.

Chile are surprisingly trailing against Peru as they have registered a 1-0 lead against the two-time winners in the 2nd match of the semi-final round of the Copa America.

The goal was a fantastic sight in the match, as Andre Carillo rises the ball with a cross inside the box while glancing the ball towards Edison Flores.

In response, Flores puts Peru ahead by striking the ball inside the net with a sensational left-footed volley, the Peru’s player was unmarked inside the box and makes no mistake to complete the job.

Hence, giving a surprising lead to Peru in the early minutes of the game, on the other hand, Chile are looking unorganized today, and might find it difficult to make a comeback, but the Chilean contingent shouldn’t be discarded so soon, as much part of the game is still left.

If Peru is able to maintain their lead, they will face Brazil in the final of Copa America, after the Brazilian ended Argentina’s campaign with a 2-0 victory in the other match of the Semi-final.

For now, Peru need to maintain the advantage, and the underdogs might surprise everyone after reaching the final by defeating the other giants on the way.

The national team of Peru is certainly having a dream run presently.
