Valorant Agent Tier List : Thinking of which Agent is the strongest? We have you covered with this agent tier list as per patch 2.04
Playing Valorant is often more difficult than it seems. The fast paced gameplay makes it absolutely necassary to master your favourite agents. Riot regularly keeps updating Valorant as per the community’s demands. Agents and weapons keep getting nerfed and changed but fret not. We have the Agent Tier list as per the latest 2.04 patch of the game.
Agent Tier List –
Tier | Agents |
S-Tier | Astra, Jett, Raze, Sage, Sova |
A-Tier | Breach, Brimstone, Cypher, Killjoy, Omen, Phoenix, Reyna |
B-Tier | Skye, Viper, Yoru |
While playing the game players have a variety of agent choices in front of them. The agents provide a unique twist to the gameplay with each having special abilities and skills. Mastering Agents is difficult but with practice anything is possible. Read on below for the explanation behind why we have ranked the Agents that way.
The List explained –
S-Tier –
S-Tier agents can be picked in most maps and in most comps. They require minimal teamwork to be effective. Starting with Jett – she is a very powerful duelist and is currently the most picked agent.
Her Blade Storm packs quite the punch even though it is frequently nerfed. While multiple nerfs were handed down to her kit in the past, no other agent can fill the support role as well as Sage. Raze excels in chaotic situations so she can have trouble against patient and coordinated play. Sova is the scout and can stop a push with his abilities.
A-Tier –
Breach is the top choice for the inhibitor role in the game. His detonation and cocussion abilities make him stand out. Cypher’s gadgets bring him to the A-Tier although mastering them is another task. Killjoy is used more by the pros and is quickly becoming a regular choice. The game isnt the same without Omen and his Paranoia. He also received many nerfs in recent patches.
Phoenix and his Run It Back ultimate can change the course of round if used properly. Reyna was once the most popular Agent but in the previous patch Riot have severely nerfed her.
B-Tier –
At the bottom of the pile are Skye, Viper and Yoru. Skye doesn’t quite fit into the suport role with her healing and relies heavily on the team. Viper isn’t as useful a controller as the other agents. Similarly Yoru is very easily outgunned by some other agents.
