After Ayrton Senna, Lewis Hamilton is set to feature in this $16 item

It is no mystery that 7-time world champion Lewis Hamilton idolises the Brazillian legend, Ayrton Senna for all that he has achieved.

The Briton has emulated his idol’s multiple records and has even equalled and surpassed the records of F1 legend Michael Schumacher.

Heading ahead, similar to Senna, Hamilton is set to feature in a children’s books series named ‘Little people, Big Dreams’ that tell the stories of extraordinary human beings on the planet.

These illustrated books cover one person in each edition and explore the lives of these inspiring people. Senna, who is a 3-time world champion, already has a book on him and Hamilton is soon to get one on himself as well.

Volume 49 of this children’s book on Senna was released in 2020 and the Volume 97 – the edition on Hamilton – is set to be released in 2023. The book will be reportedly priced at $16.

Lewis Hamilton dedicated his Brazilian citizenship to Ayrton Senna

Hamilton secured the first of his 7 championship titles at Interlagos in 2008 and has since had heartfelt adoration for the nation.

Earlier this year, the 37-year-old was awarded honorary citizenship of Brazil and he dedicated it to his idol, Senna.

Receiving the honour, Hamilton said that he was 5 when he saw Senna race for the first time and that was the moment he knew he wanted to be a World Champion.

Furthermore, the Briton told the Brazillian people that he felt like now he’s one of them, finally.

Hamilton drove Senna’s cars

Back in 2013, a report published in the Daily Mail reported that Hamilton was once left flabbergasted after driving Senna’s 1989 car.

He said that it was one of the best experiences he has had. Hamilton said, ” Senna, Gilles Villeneuve – they were very similar.”

“That’s what I wanted to adopt, I wanted to be like them, and I think I drive now in the way I imagine Senna would drive,’ he added.
