Formula 1 travels to Monaco this weekend, and this time, Charles Leclerc will be joined by his brother Arthur. The former will be looking to put a stop to his Monaco Curse in his home race. Meanwhile, Arthur will be competing in his first-ever F2 race in the Principality. Ahead of the Grand Prix weekend, the two brothers sat down to have a chat and Leclerc revealed what his dream job would be if he wasn’t an F1 driver.
Charles Leclerc split with his ex-girlfriend Charlotte Sine in December 2022. The duo announced their breakup via Instagram after dating each other for around three years. Hailing from Monaco, Charlotte is a student of architecture and an occasional model for high-end fashion brands. Leclerc said that if he wasn’t a star in F1, he would’ve followed in the footsteps of Sine.
Charles Leclerc chooses Architecture over Music
The discussion between Arthur and Charles Leclerc ranged from their favorite sector at Monaco to Charles’ lucky red pants and was posted on YouTube by F1’s official handle. The most interesting part of the segment was when Arthur asked Charles, “If you weren’t a driver, what would you have become?”
Arthur followed up and asked, “A Musician?” Charles took absolutely no time and replied, “Now, I should say Musician. No. I probably would have tried to be an Architect. I love Architecture. Yeah!”
If you weren‘t a driver what would have become?
Arthur: “A musician!”
Charles: “Now I should say musician (smiles). No, probably an architect. I love architecture.”
Arthur: “You did a song already.” pic.twitter.com/4ipKOHogNZ

Arthur reminded Charles that he already has a career in music. He referred to the two piano singles that Charles put out- the AUS23 and MIA23. His releases were met with an overwhelmingly positive reaction from fans.
Charles Leclerc talks about what Ferrari means to him
A few moments later, Arthur Leclerc asked his older brother another interesting question. He asked what Ferrari meant to him and the 25-year-old took absolutely no time to say that it meant everything.
He explained, “In my career, my dream was to become a Formula 1 driver. Then, the next dream was to be a Ferrari driver. And the next step is to win a World Championship with Ferrari.”
However, with the current state of how things are at Ferrari, winning a world championship might be a distant dream for Leclerc. What is yet to be seen is if the Monegasque sticks around long enough at Ferrari to fulfil his goals.
