Lewis Hamilton's Former Physiotherapist Angela Cullen Now Looks to Pass on Her Learnings to Her Fans

Lewis Hamilton’s former physiotherapist Angela Cullen seems to have moved on quickly from her F1 role, as she is now engaging in activities that excite her. The 48-year-old recently took to her social media handle and updated fans about a collective yoga session she is holding along with one of her friends.

The New Zealander believes that because of the cancelation of the Imola Grand Prix this week, fans have a good excuse to ‘improve‘ upon themselves. And for those fans who cannot join Cullen’s yoga session, she also provided a list of activities they could carry out themselves to stay fit.

Taking to Instagram on May 20, Cullen informed her fans that she would hold a group restorative mindfulness yoga session at 7:00 AM PST (1600 CET). For those fans who cannot join her session, she suggested they get out in nature, dance, or engage in other activities.

Angela Cullen previously gave her fans her latest life update

Angela Cullen held a live Q&A session with her fans on May 19, where she answered several of the queries her fans had. Among the several questions that fans asked her, one of them was to provide the latest life update about herself.

In reply, the 48-year-old said, “I’m writing a book at the moment, which is really exciting“. She also added that she uses most mornings to meditate and run as such activities help her write her book better.

During my runs, I come up with all my ideas,” she explained. “Then I come back and I write and some days I don’t write. But I find my inspiration and process while running“. Cullen has named her book, Seasons, as she will provide her fans about ‘the seasons‘ of her life and her life’s journey.

Angela Cullen and Lewis Hamilton shared one of the most iconic F1 partnerships

Angela Cullen worked alongside Lewis Hamilton for seven years and helped the Briton win four of his seven world championships. The New Zealander has always been on the Mercedes driver’s side through thick and thin and has helped him navigate difficult moments.

Hamilton himself has acknowledged that Cullen has been the ‘greatest ever thing’ that has happened to him and that he will forever remain grateful to her for all her effort.

People for sure won’t understand it, naturally, because they see it from a distance, but she has been one of the greatest things that’s happened to me in my life,” explained the 38-year-old in an interview with f1.com in 2020.

After the two parted ways earlier this year, both acknowledged that they continue to stay in touch as they share a fantastic relationship. With Cullen having moved on, Hamilton now has Stevo in his corner.
