Red Bull Boss Christian Horner Body-Shames Zak Brown With 6-Month Weight-Loss Challenge

Zak Brown had proudly challenged his rivals to multiple challenges. While he called Toto Wolff to the boxing ring in Las Vegas, he challenged his childhood rival, Christian Horner for a race around Silverstone during the British GP. The Red Bull boss seems up to the challenge, as he may have an advantage in one area- and it’s not just the car.

At the Miami GP, Horner met with podcast guru Dax Shepherd, Horner was asked about the challenge presented to him. Without having revealed if he’d accepted it or not, Horner may have already watered down his opponent’s chances at a win.

Red Bull v McLaren team principal fight heats up

Laughing at Brown’s idea of racing him, Horner snuck in a cheeky jibe. “Well, I’m just worried Zak can’t fit in the car.” While the former Formula 3 rivals were set to race in Britain, Horner gives Brown some time to get in shape.

“I suppose November is still a long way to go. He’s got time.” Chuckling at the idea of Brown hitting the gym in time to train for their race, Horner has certainly riled up the man. With bad blood between the two owing to the cost-cap saga, surely there’s steam to blow off from both parties.

It will be interesting to see if this challenge eventually follows through. And if it does? Surely, it would be a spectacle people would pay their money to witness. Probably more nail-biting than Lewis Hamilton-Max Verstappen circa 2021.

Zak Brown and Toto Wolff are to punch it out in Vegas

Shepherd revealed placing his bets on Horner for the race. On the other hand, his buddy Daniel Ricciardo has his money on Wolff for the boxing match. Looks like the odds are against the McLaren team principal, who might’ve dug his own grave.

On the podcast with Dax, Ricciardo didn’t mince words in painting a bloody reality for his former boss. “Toto’s a specimen. Totos an athlete. So no, I wouldn’t want to get in a ring with Toto. so that could be a blunder for sure.”

Calling Toto Wolff an “alpha male,” Ricciardo shook his head at Brown’s ambitions. Seems like the world is working against Brown. With McLaren underperforming this season, surely the American could use a win. Is time for Brown’s redemption arc at Las Vegas? Only time will tell.
