Andrew Tate pledges donation

Controversial influencer, Andrew Tate is likely to get into legal trouble in the UK. This report comes in after three women allege they were victims of s*xual and physical assault at the hands of Tate.

These offenses are seemingly from the time Tate was in UK. The alleged assault took place between 2013-2016 and he was also arrested for it. However, the case was closed in 2019.

Three women in UK to sue Andrew Tate for s*xually assaulting them

The three women have come forward and said they had to deal with “injuries and psychiatric damage” because of Andrew Tate.

While Tate has not responded to these allegations, his spokesperson has denied all of them. However, legal action is being taken against him by the women. They are backed by McCue and Jury, a prominent human rights law firm.

The three women started a crowdfunding campaign on Crowd justice and have raised about £8000 of their £50,000 target.

The campaigns description reads:

“We are three survivors of Andrew Tate’s violent and misogynistic ideology. During his time in the UK, Tate subjected us and other women to serious and violent sexual and physical assaults.”

It continues:

“Despite facing prosecution in Romania, he has never been held accountable for his crimes in the UK,” the women said in their crowdfunding statement.”

The rationale for a crowdfunded is:

“We intend to take action to encourage a criminal investigation in the UK. And pursue a civil case against Tate for compensation to help rebuild our lives,” the statement continued.

“The primary aim of the case is to seek justice, accountability, and compensation for Tate’s victims,” another part of the crowdfunding statement read.

Andrew Tate’s s*xual assault history

Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan, recently spent three months in Romanian jail. They were being investigated in a different case related to s*xual assault and human trafficking. In addition to this, they also faced charges related to s*xual exploitation.

Even though the controversial influencer was released in March, he is still placed under house arrest along with his brother.
