Genshin Impact 3.7 maintenance and other details

Based on historical records of maintenance updates carried out by HoYoverse officials, players can reasonably expect the server maintenance for the highly anticipated 3.7 updates to last approximately five hours. Hence, players can expect the maintenance to begin 6 AM (UTC-4) on May 24, 2023.

The servers will be inaccessible during the time of maintenance. Therefore, players should finish their Daily Commissions and Resins accordingly, depending on their server reset times.

As usual, the developers will compensate the players with Primogems for their inconvenience during the duration of maintenance. Travelers can obtain a total of 600 Primogems and collect them from their in-game mailbox before the rewards expire in 30 days.

After the maintenance, Yae Miko and Yoimiya banners will appear in the game along with other exciting new content.
