Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell has a reputation of being a prankster in the side. Maxwell was an integral part of the Australian side a few years ago, even part of their victorious World Cup team in 2015, before being axed by the selectors for poor form.

A hard hitting batsman, Maxwell was part of the King XI Punjab side that reached the IPL final in 2014. The Aussie was the batting star for the Punjab side, as Maxwell’s electrifying stroke play made him a major attraction for the tournament.

Nowadays, Maxwell is trying to force his way back in to the Aussie setup, as the all-rounder wants to play in next year’s world cup. His path though is blocked by another hard hitting Aussie in Chris Lynn.

Lynn has developed a fierce reputation in world cricket, as the Aussie has lit up T20 leagues all over the world on fire. There are not many people in world cricket who can strike the ball as regularly and as handsomely as the big Aussie, as Lynn has quickly become one of the most feared batsmen in world cricket.

The pair recently played in the T20 match against the Kiwis, as Maxwell and Lynn were involved in a mach-winning partnership for their side.

With England also involved in this tri-nation series, Australia will want to make their next two matches count against the old enemy, especially since they were trounced by England in the ODI series a few days back.

While travelling to Hobart for their next match, Maxwell took an embarrassing picture of Lynn, and shared it on Instagram. Maxwell added a though bubble image with a bat and ball in it, indicating that Lynn may be dreaming of hitting the ball into the stands.

Fans were quick to like, comment and share the post, as Maxwell’s Instagram story went viral all over social media. Lynn will no doubt be amused by this post, as he will surely see the funny side.

The pair will be looking to win the next match for their side, before they face England again at the MCG a few days later!
