They thrashed Crystal Palace 4-0 last week to put their campaign back on track. However, another 2-2 draw vs Olympiakos saw them register yet another disappointing result. Tottenham are looking to put the result behind them and continue their momentum against Leicester City.

Although it seemed that Leicester took the early lead, VAR came to the Lily whites’s rescue and disallowed the goal. Tottenham have since taken the lead courtesy a hero who has made it a habit of doing so, day in and day out.

In the 29th minute of the match, Son Heung-Min carried the ball to the opposition box before passing it to Kane with a beautiful backheel. Kane successfully collected the ball but slip upon immediate contact.

Despite having no control over his fall though, Kane still managed to get one more touch on the ball. That was enough to beat Schmeichel and give Spurs the lead in the match.

At the time of writing, Tottenham carry their lead from the Harry Kane goal. With another 45 minutes to go, the match could swing in anyone’s favour. However, it is safe to say that Leicester will probably feel the pressure more than the North London visitors.
