India suffered a huge upset on day 5 at the Asian Games 2018, as the men’s Kabaddi team, who has been winning the event ever since its inception at the tournament, lost in the semifinals. Iran pulled out a shock win against the men’s team, and comprehensively defeated the Indian team 27-18. The women’s Kabaddi team, however, reach the final.
15 year old Shardhul Vihaan won a silver medal in the men’s double trap event at Shooting, while Ankita Raina finished with a bronze medal in Tennis women’s singles.
