Bollywood actor Sonu Sood was pleased after meeting former Indian captain and veteran wicket keeper MS Dhoni. Sood took to Twitter to express his happiness.

We bring to you the Weather Report, Pitch Report and Head to Head of the DD vs CSK encounter to be held today at the Feroz Shah Kotla which is the 52nd match of IPL 2018.

Much is not at stake when it comes to the encounter between CSK and DD. While CSK have already guaranteed themselves a spot into the playoffs, DD are already out of the tournament and will take the wooden spoon along with them.

The only thing that is at stake for CSK is that they will try to climb to the top of the table by defeating DD. CSK are already ahead of SRH on the points table and if they manage to defeat Delhi, they can very well climb ahead of Hyderabad. In that case, both the teams will have 18 points and CSK will edge SRH on the basis of NRR.

Weather Report

It is the peak of summers in north India and Delhi is facing temperatures beyond 40 degree Celsius. This game will be no different as the temperatures will be 40 degrees and thereabouts in the afternoon. The bad news is that there is a forecast of a thunder storm that can withhold the game for some time.

As evening approaches, the atmosphere will become a tad cooler with a substantial increase in haze. However, there is no forecast of rain which is very good news.  The humidity levels will be around 35%, while there is no or very little precipitation expected.

Pitch Report

With sporadic rains in the last few days, the Delhi pitch has moistened up a bit and is expected to be have become a little softer. As the ball also gets softer, it will start to grip a little bit in the surface and spinners like Sandeep Lamichhane, Amit Mishra, Ravindra Jadeja and Harbhajan Singh can come good.

Head to Head

CSK and DD have played 17 games with each other till now. In these games, CSK have clearly ended on top, winning 12 games where as DD have managed to win only 5. Even at DD’s home ground at the Feroz Sah Kotla, CSK have won 4 as opposed to DD’s one win.
