Is Xbox Game Pass worth it for PC?

Xbox’s Game Pass in 2021 is available for console and PC for $9.99/month each. An Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership will set you back by $14.99/month.

This is because it gives you access to all the benefits from Xbox Live Gold as well as 100 high-quality console and PC games. So, is it worth it?

Xbox Game Pass recently started picking up steam after the launch of Xbox Series X. Game Pass Ultimate allows for multiple devices to make use of all of its services and also gives the combined benefits of all the other Xbox Services. This includes Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass and effectively bypassing the process of having to buy the membership if you have a differing device.

Upon subscribing, you are immediately given to the complete library available under the specific service. Not to mention day-one access to upcoming titles made by Microsoft. However, this is set to expand further after a deal being made with Zenimax for access to all of their games. The Game Pass is available as an app on Windows 10 and can be found in the library under the Game Pass section.

So is it worth it? (SPOILER: It is)

The amount of games on offer in Xbox Game Pass is absolutely staggering. Recent additions include a number of EA titles and numerous third-party titles as well.  Xbox Game Pass allows you to try as many games as you want upon subscribing. This allows you to start playing virtually any game if you have the Internet Speed and storage for it.

With the obvious value being shown here, the question arises: Which has the best bang for your buck? The clear winner, in this case, would be the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. The value and convenience of use on offer have all the other services beat.

However, if you are on the fence about the yearly budget being a problem, the regular Game Pass is pretty good too.
