Jamie Vardy mocks Crystal Palace with Eagle dance after scoring in Leicester’s win

Jamie Vardy mocks Crystal Palace with Eagle dance after scoring in Leicester’s win during their Premier League encounter on Sunday.

Leicester City have grown from strength to strength this season. Forget the top 6, they’re turning it to the top 7 now. Or could just as easily replace, Tottenham, Manchester United and Arsenal to enter the exclusive club.

Last week they enthralled the world with a 9-0 win over Southampton. Today they could only manage the two. However, that was enough to take them to 3rd place in the Premier League table. This was a far cry from their performance last week.

Instead of dazzling and entertaining, Leicester were made to grind and they did exactly that to grab all three points. Caglar Soyuncu broke the deadlock with a header in the 57th minute. The game could have still gone either way.

Jamie Vardy however, made sure that there would be no hiccups in Leicester’s road to yet another victory in the Premier League. The striker found the net in the 88th minute to add another goal to his tally. The wind-up merchant that he is, Vardy made sure his celebration stung just as bad as his goal.

Earlier in the game, Crystal Palace fans, who were behind the goal, sang “”Jamie Vardy, your wife’s a brass” referencing the social media spat between his and Wayne Rooney’s wife. Vardy responded by scoring a goal and impersonating an eagle; The very bird on their badge.

When will fans learn that every time you talk down to or mock Jamie Vardy, this is how he responds? Leicester fans on the other hand, will hope that opposition fans continue their attempt at goading the prolific striker.
