This is Moxley’s second appearance at a wrestling arena since leaving the WWE back in April this year. Last month he made a surprise appearance at AEW’s Double or Nothing after the main event to lay waste to Jericho and Omega. Tony Khan, AEW President, revealed that Moxley was allowed to take national and international dates until their weekly program launches in the fall.

Shortly after,

NJPW announced that Ambrose was set to make his debut for them at Ryōgoku Kokugikan to face Juice Robinson for his United States Championship at the Best of the Super Juniors Tournament Finals.

Moxley was known as Dean Ambrose in the WWE; where he made his name and fame. He was part of ‘The Shield’. The most prolific faction the WWE has had in the last decade. Dean would go on to win the WWE Championship and also become a Grand Slam Champion in the company. However, creative differences over the portrayal of his character saw him walk out.

Archie is a WWE and UFC Editor/Author at the SportsRush. Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
