The WWE seems to be on a signing spree as Jonathan Coachman has been signed by the WWE for the second time and will replace Booker T for the RAW brand in the process.

“The Coach” was part of the ESPN where he gave the WE a lot of mainstream coverage with his show, After getting fired from the ESPN network, Coachman was recently seen at the RAW 25th anniversary in a segement with The Boogeyman.

This is the third new announcer for the RAW announce desk after David Otunga departed owing to his movie schedule and now Booker T getting replaced by Coachman. Booker T was seen leaving the announcer’s desk during the start of the Women’s Royal Rumble match to get replaced by Stephanie McMahon.

Coachman’s earlier stint with the WWE began at 1999 where he was initially a backstage interviewer till 2003 after which he was assigned as a commentator. The Coach was also an interim general manager for the RAW brand following McMahon’s infamous limo blow up angle.

Coachman’s first stint with the company ended in 2008 where he was the commentator for SmackDown and moved on to ESPN.

Coachman would be a good addition to the announcer’s desk for the RAW brand and could develop a good chemistry with fellow commentator Corey Greaves who welcomed Coach with a tweet.

The WWE are determined to turn heads around in 2018 with some prolific signing to start off the year with. What do you think about Coachman’s addition as a commentator? Pop in your thoughts in the comments section.
