Kylian Mbappe, easily the best young player in the world, is on the look for a way out of Parc de Princess. The phenomenal forward has reportedly told the higher ups at PSG that he will not renew his contract and is reportedly looking forward to a move to the Santiago Bernabeu where he can lead Real Madrid’s attack next season.

Spanish publication Marca have reported that part of the reason why he desires to move to the Spanish capital is because he believes that he can play a prominent role for them; One that is currently filled by Neymar in the current PSG set up. They have reported that the 20-year-old is even willing to take a pay cut to that end.

Mbappe wants more responsibility

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has expressed his wishes to hold on to the youngster for as long as possible. However, Kylian Mbappe is determined to force a transfer to Real Madrid. He has already hinted at the possibility of leaving PSG previously.

While collecting the e Ligue 1 Player of the Year award earlier this month, he said: “It’s very important moment for me, I come to a turning point in my career. I have discovered a lot here, and I feel it is perhaps the moment to have more responsibility. I hope that can maybe be at Paris Saint-Germain, that would be a great pleasure, or perhaps elsewhere with a new project.”

Kylian Mbappe joined PSG in 2018 after a season long loan. He was bought for a whopping €180 million. This made him the second most expensive footballer and the most expensive teenager ever. The World Cup winner has since scored 60 goals in 87 games and made 33 appearances for France.
