LAL Vs HOU Dream 11 Prediction

LAL Vs HOU Dream 11 Prediction: Los Angeles Lakers Vs Houston. Lakers draw level in the series to make today’s outing a cracker of a thriller.

Los Angeles Lakers were touted to come back in game 2 of their conference semi-finals against Houston Rockets and the side did exactly that. The Lakers restored parity in the series with a 117-109 win, a result which saw them edge closer towards assuring themselves of the conference finals.

While the performance was far from a convincing one, the fact that the Lakers managed to accrue a win is all that matters. However, the side knows it can’t afford to rely on the injured duo of Anthony Davis and LeBron James anymore with the Rockets making life adverse for them across the last couple of matchups.

The Rockets refusal to stop breathing down the Lakers’ neck has seen this turn out into an enthralling affair. And the same closely contested brand of basketball will take over the court today as well with two stalwarts looking to take what would be a crucial lead at the culminating of game 3.

Probable Winner

With Westbrook back on the court for the Rockets, its extremely dicey to determine the winner from the day’s scrimmage. The Lakers did manage to stave off the Rockets the last time around but it was largely due to part of the Davis-James combine.

In what should be another low scoring tie, we envisage the Lakers just about stumbling their way to a win courtesy of their ability to protect the rim.

Probable Playing 5

Los Angeles Lakers

James, Davis, Green, Alex, Kentavious

Houston Rockets

Eric, Tucker, Robert, Harden, Westbrook

Dream 11 Picks

Point Guard

He’s questionable for today’s tie as well but much like game 2, LeBron James should step out for the outing. He almost pulled off a triple-double in that encounter with a staggering 28 points, 9 assists and 11 rebounds guiding his side to a series levelling result.

The most heavily indulged in docket of our side features all three names from the Lakers. Rajon Rondo couldn’t have returned at a more ideal time for the side with him providing much needed relief to the club in the attacking plays with his 10 points and 9 dimes.

Rondo’s return has had a direct impact on Alex Caruso’s minutes on the court. However, the point guard is someone more than capable of shooting baskets from the deep with a high success rate to see him be inducted in our setup.

Shooting Guard

Danny Green is far from the ideal player with him managing to let go slip off way too many points. However, the chances which fall his way inside the paint make him an ideal pick for us today with him set to dole out a spitting image of his 9 points display from game 2.

Small Forward

Danuel House was back to his best the last time around. The Rockets man utilised his skill set to pile on 13 points inside the paint along with the 5 boards to see him retain his place in our side as ever.

Power Forward

He’s the focal point of his side’s gameplan and Anthony Davis was flawless and dependable as ever in game 2. The power forward delivered a staggering 34-10 double-double, one saw him leave the Rockets despondent with his pin and slams and alleyoops leaving them in a tizzy on how to defence Davis.

Centre

With the Rockets knowing defence is the way forward in the series, this partnership holds the key to their travails today. And P.J. Tucker is doing every bit possible he can to take the side to the finals with him piling on a sensational 18-11 double-double the last time around.

Jeff Green struggled infront of the post the last time around but he’s been a safe pair of hands otherwise to see him complete the one-two of picks from the side.

Star Player

The nonchalant ease with which Davis is cajoling his way the double-doubles see him be our star player while James is the pro player.

Dream 11 Team

James, Caruso, Rondo, Green, House, Davis, Tucker, Green
