LeBron James reportedly out for few games
LeBron James hopped off the court in that emphatic win against the Warriors on Christmas night, with the Lakers man suffering a groin injury.
The incident happened in the 3rd quarter when LeBron went in for a loose ball and ended up feeling his groin.
He then went onto stretch himself a little on the defense and then immediately asked for a time-out.
While approaching his bench, LeBron said that he heard something pop and then rushed to the locker room.

It’s just 1 game. A regular-season game at that. But it’s important to say: The @Lakers are WAXING the @Warriors. I mean kicking their you-know-what. WithOUT @KingJames in the floor, and against @KDTrey5, @StephenCurry30 who are playing.#Damn!

James did not come back out post the injury, with the Lakers managing to destroy the Warriors at the Oracle Arena, despite James not being on court for almost two quarters.
Post the game, reports started to come in about the extent of James’ injury, with an MRI scan set to give out the exact results.
The MRI scan has gone through and it has come clean, with James now set to be assessed on a day-to-day basis before he can come back to the court.
While, the news is positive, especially after how LeBron felt immediately after the injury, he still will miss quite a few games for the franchise.
The Lakers have now confirmed that LeBron would not be travelling with the team to Sacramento and thus would be missing that game for sure.
However, his condition post that will be assessed on a day-to-day basis, but according to sources, LeBron could miss a few more games for the Lakers.
