Lionel Messi scored an extraordinary goal during 4-0 rout against Manchester United.
Lionel Messi made a comeback after suffering injuries during early stages of the season. The Argentine set up Luis Suarez in an extraordinary fashion against Inter Milan in the mid-week and once again showed why he’s the current holder of the FIFA Men’s Player of the year.
The Blaugrana were comprehensively 3-0 up in the second half, but didn’t bother to take off their ripple. The hosts received a free-kick from 30 yards outside and it was only one man who was bound to take it. Lionel Messi, just like numerous occasions before, scored from the spot despite four players trying to get behind the delivery.
The ball had enough dip to deceive the defender and goalkeeper, who were standing and couldn’t prevent the ball from finding the back of the net in the 78th minute.
It was an extraordinary goal from the Barcelona Skipper to register his comeback goal after injury struggles.

Barcelona took the lead in the 27th minute through Luis Suarez’s bicycle kick. The Uruguayan struck the ball ferociously to find the back of the net in an extraordinary fashion.
The opener was followed by quick goals from Arturo Vidal and Ousmane Dembele to pile misery on Sevilla in the first half. The visitors lost the last game to Eibar after leading 2-0 in the half-time.
Barcelona were reduced to nine men in the final stages of the game when Araujo lasted just 13 minutes of his La Liga debut before being shown a straight red card for a foul on Javier Hernandez as the last man.
Ousmane Dembele received a read for his dissent in the next minute.
A frustrated Ernesto Valverde said: “The referee will have his opinion on the situation, and he is entitled to his views,” he said.
”However, I am not so sure the decisions were correct in a clean game. Araujo’s sending off did not seem to be a red card, but I am not neutral in this.
”As for Dembele, I was surprised to see him sent off for making a comment to the referee. I don’t think it would have been a long comment made by him.
”Even I find it difficult to communicate to Dembele in Spanish, so I am surprised that he made a comment to the referee.”
