I will always think of KDB as the one that got away. Liverpool fan from young, world class midfielder. Would have been the perfect Gerrard successor, both in skill and spiritually.

Salah and De Bruyne played for Chelsea in their early days. However, they were not in the club at the same time. The Belgian left the club on January 2014 while Salah joined the club 5 days later. Both of them eventually left in search for more game time and became superstars.
While it is mouth-watering to envisage both these players in the same team and linking with each other, it is unlikely that City will let him go. They do not have the financial necessity to sell arguably their best player and off all the teams, to Liverpool.
