Liverpool’s home kit has been leaked for next season.

Liverpool’s home kit has been leaked by the ever-reliable Footyheadlines.com. Over the last few years, the Reds have released their kit in April, and the same can be expected for the forthcoming season also. Also as in the last few seasons, we can expect the Reds to wear the new season’s home kit during the final home game against Wolverhampton Wanderers this campaign.

This kit comes as iconic for some, whereas the rest have disliked sticking with the old retro. Liverpool’s 2019/20 shirt jersey features a brighter side of red than the previous one, and the logo and liver bird are once again in gold. The Western Union sponsor logo on the left is also gold, whilst the main sponsor, Standard Chartered has been printed in white.

The home jersey has a simple, round neck collar, red with white trim across the top. More white accents are present in the form of subtle pinstriping on the front of the Liverpool 19-20 jersey as well as the sleeve cuffs.

Red shorts and socks are expected to be used by the players in the forthcoming season. This season is anticipated to be the last season for New Balance’s alliance with Liverpool after struggling to strike a deal with the English outfit.

The Reds are in talks with Nike kit suppliers, who are willing to strike Premier League record deal worth 820 million for 10 years. The reports also add that Puma and Adidas have been in talks with Liverpool, but Nike are desperate to tie down a deal and are willing to match the demands of Liverpool.

There is no doubt that the fans would be expecting much more from the current kit suppliers with many mixed reviews falling in the way.

What’s your say on the home kit for the next season?
