Liverpool News: Jurgen Klopp responds over Mbappe’s rumoured transfer links with Liverpool worth £215 million to bolster the Reds’ squad.
Kylian Mbappe was rumoured to be linked with Liverpool as per certain reports which were being circulated on Friday. To this, Jurgen Klopp has finally broken his silence and talked about alleged links with the French prodigy.
According to Paul Joyce from the Times, it has been revealed that Klopp is not planning to land Mbappe to the Merseyside club to the Anfield anytime soon.
“[buying] this calibre of player is difficult. I don’t see any club at the moment who can buy Kylian Mbappe from PSG. I don’t see any club. And we are involved in these clubs who cannot do it. Easy as that.” said Jurgen Klopp.
Further, Klopp also emphasized that his plans are not aligned in a way where Mbappe is not a necessity that he has to use all his funds to acquire him from PSG.
“Okay, from a sporting point of view, there are not a lot of reasons to not sign him. What a player he is. It is about the money of course. No chance. Absolutely, no chance. Sorry for killing that story.”
On the other hand, sooner or later Mbappe is set to leave PSG for the growth of his career, as he has desired targets, which are unlikely to be achieved with his current side.

Meanwhile, Liverpool on current form are world beaters and won the Champions League this summer. Thus, the Reds with the current squad can be a fulfilling place for the World cup winning player.
However, considering the stubbornness of the Qatari owned PSG makes it financially burdensome, hence probably Liverpool understood that it is not the right time.
