Liverpool Transfer News: The Merseyside club is ready to offer a loan deal to Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele but the player wants to remain.
Barcelona is looking to offload certain liabilities from its squad to invest in new prospects to have better campaigns in the near future, and Ousmane Dembele is on the list of the players which Barcelona wants to discard.
Lately, Liverpool has shown interest in the French International and according to DiMarzio, the Merseyside club has also offered a loan deal to him.
However, the report further states that he doesn’t want to leave Barcelona and wants to regain his lost worth at the club by proving his talents.
Meanwhile, the 23-year-old player was also linked with Juventus in between, but even those rumours have slowed down. Dembele joined Barcelona in 2017 on a reported initial fee of 105 million euros.
At that time, Dembele was among the highly-rated youngsters and just had a marvellous season with Borussia Dortmund, but he could never had the same level of performances at Barcelona.
The French player’s career at Barcelona has been marked with injuries and never remained consistent with games due to it. Moreover, the investment the Blaugranas made on him was also a huge pressuring factor.
But whenever he has performed, he has shown glimpses of brilliance and still has the talent to make a good career out of it. Since, age is still at his side and he believes that he can make it up to his time at Barcelona.

Then he would be surely be staying at the club, moreover, with his recurring injuries, he shouldn’t opt to be playing at the Premier League as of now, considering the intensity and physicality of the league.
