Lord’s wishes Mohammad Kaif on his birthday: Lord’s and Kaif were seen exchanging wishes on the latter’s 38th birthday.

As former India cricketer Mohammad Kaif turns 38 today, he was wished by a plethora of current and former cricketers on social media platform Twitter. Among the well-wishers was the official Twitter account of Lord’s Cricket Ground, London.

It is worth mentioning that it was at Lord’s when Kaif scripted one of India’s most groundbreaking ODI victory to clinch the Natwest Trophy in 2002. Chasing a mammoth target of 326, Kaif came in to bat at 146-5 in the 25th over.

In which had the potential of becoming another instance of India losing a final, Kaif and Yuvraj Singh (69) stitched a 121-run partnership for the sixth wicket. Kaif ended up scoring a match-winning 87* (75) with the help of six fours and two sixes as India won the match.
