Man United Transfer News: Marcus Rojo set to leave Manchester United for Turkish giants

Man United Transfer News: Marcos Rojo set to leave Red Devils for Fenerbahce this winter, the club is ready to meet wage demands.

According to a report by Nicola Schira, Marcos Rojo is set to leave the club. Fenerbahce is in the lead to grab the Argentine International as they are ready to meet his wage demands.

Manchester United need to make huge reforms in the team as they aspire to make their way back on the top. Amidst the squad overhaul, Rojo is one of the players, who is declared available by Manchester United.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils primary target is Bruno Fernandes, for whom the club would have to break the bank, so they are also looking at options of reducing the cash by including players who aren’t needed by the club.

However, it has been claimed by Schira that Rojo will not be included by Manchester United’s swap deal for Bruno Fernandes, as Sporting CP is not ready to meet his current wages.

On the other hand, Fenerbahce is ready to exceed his wages. Although, the Turkish giants have only offered a loan deal for the 29-year-old defender.

The Red Devils are touted to push for a loan plus an option of a permanent move, as Rojo will enter into the final year of his contract at the club, which was signed in 2018.

The deal will also make a place for further incoming players at Manchester United in the summer transfer window since the club needs to bolster squad by the start of next season.

Also, it will give some financial relief as Rojo occupies a decent share of the wage bill at the club, and with Fenerbahce ready to carry his wage demands for the proposed loan period.
