Man Utd Transfer News: Manchester United ready to loan back Haaland in a proposal to sign the prodigal talent from Salzburg this January.

Man United has accelerated its pursuit for Norwegian prodigy Erling Haaland from Salzburg, the 19-year-old player has touched prominence after scoring goals in apex European competitions.

According to a report by the Mirror Manchester United is considering a bid for the Norwegian which would include sending him back on loan to Salzburg till the summer, in order to jump to the front of the queue.

Manchester United is in a need to bolster the squad and since an injury to either of Marcus Rashford or Anthony Martial makes the attack dysfunctional and also brings load on the academy players.

Thus, Ole Solskjaer is considering to add depth in the squad while looking at the future too. Rashford and Martial still have a lot of years in top-flight football left. Whereas, Mason Greenwood and Angel Gomes are also long term prospects for the English giants.

Thus, Haaland’s inclusion will be an icing on the cake, as the Norwegian International has proved that he is ready for the Premier League football after he scarred Liverpool at the Anfield in a Champions League game.

Solakjaer is personally interested to reunite with his compatriot and have personally asked Simon Wells to scout Haaland in the upcoming Champions League games of Salzburg to monitor the sensational forward.

Meanwhile, Haaland has been performing consistently as he has amassed 26 goals and 6 assists in 18 games he has played across all competitions in this season, which include 5 hattricks.

The 19-year-old player is deemed to be in the elite category if he continues to grow at such rate. Meanwhile, there have been interests from several other European giants including RB Leipzig, who have been leading the race to sign his services.
