Manchester United vs Arsenal highlights: Twitter reacts as the game between Manchester United and Arsenal ends in a draw.
It was a dramatic night for both sets of fans as Manchester United and Arsenal played out a 2-2 draw. United came from behind in both the goals as the side continued on their winless run in the league.
Shkodran Mustafi opened the goalscoring as David De Gea committed a major howler for the goal. The goalkeeper failed to save the header from Mustafi, and Ander Herrera couldn’t stop the ball from crossing the goal-line.
However, Manchester United scored four minutes later through Anthony Martial. Marcos Rojo’s free-kick forced Leno to make a diving save. Ander Herrera received the ball on the right corner of the box, and crossed it to Martial who netted into an open net.
In the second half, Arsenal looked dangerous in the attack and were finally rewarded when Marcos Rojo was caught off-guard, and scored an own goal while trying to stop Alexandre Lacazette.
However, like their previous goal, United replied almost instantaneously through Jesse Lingard.

The standard of this game is an absolute joke, and it’s far from a one-off.

Does Lukaku realise he is no longer first choice? Would do him good to try to look interested.

Fellaini pulling hair of a 19 year old because he went past him. Disgraceful player.

The introduction of Pogba and Fellaini set us back several levels. We lost all the rhythm and energy with which we played all night. Absolutely apathetic from both of them really. #mufc

– Showed fight to bounce back twice quickly
– Two ridiculous goals conceded, bad luck and woeful defending
– Not enough threat up front
– Another two points dropped at home, not good enough

If only @ManUtd had a decent keeper they’d be flying.

Smart tactics by Mourinho to keep his best players as a substitutes and bring them on later because he is aware we are very good in the final 15-20 mins of the match.
