Marcus Rashford goal Vs Chelsea: Manchester United star scores brilliant freekick against the Blues

Marcus Rashford goal Vs Chelsea: Manchester United’s striker scores a sensational free-kick against the Blues to gain a crucial lead.

Manchester United has been impressive against Chelsea in the Carabao cup match at the Stamford Bridge and this could be second time in the season when the Red Devils will win over Chelsea, and for this credits goes to Marcus Rashford.

The 22-year-old striker scored a sensational free-kick against the Blues to make his side gain an advantage over the rivals in the 73rd minute of the game.

The free-kick was awarded to Manchester United after Pedro Rodriguez fouled Fred. In return, the Red Devils got the free-kick just at more of a central area, yet a distance of 35 yards was there.

Nevertheless, Rashford looked confident on the ball and smashes the ball with perfect power, and it reaches just at the top-left corner of the goal, giving no chance to Wilfredo Caballero.

Thus, Manchester United received a decisive lead at the crucial minute of the game, giving a huge blow to Chelsea, who equalized the score after Michy Batshuayi’s sensational strike.

Rashford certainly had a good game, as he was the one who scored the opening goal in the game after converting a penalty in the first half. It was a nervous moment for Manchester United fans, as the players have recently been missing the spot-kicks in previous matches.

With the match entering the final minutes of the game, Manchester United are clear to enter the next round of the tournament, and registering their second win over the Blues this season.

Certainly, this match lived up to its hype, but it remained low on goals unlike Liverpool Vs Arsenal, where an exhibit of 10 goals was witnessed.
