LeBron James’s two sons are both on the upward trajectory in their careers at the moment. The eldest, Bronny James is set to start off his freshman year with the USC Trojans. On the same path to success, 6ft 6” Bryce James has been putting on a show at Nike’s Elite Youth Basketball League, EYBL Peach Jam, under the guidance of his superstar father’s coaching. As part of the team ‘Strive For Greatness’, Bryce and Carmelo Anthony’s son, Kiyan Anthony, have been impressing scouts along the way. Bryce’s recent 11-point performance was no different.

Bryce Maximus James, along with the rest of his family, is very proud of LeBron James. Bryce had the honor to present his father with the ‘Record-Breaking Performance’ award at the ESPYs, which concluded with an interesting handshake with the man of the hour. The James household had a blast at the ESPYs, something you can read about here.
Bryce James impresses with his 11-point performance during a game vs Florida Rebels
Despite Bryce James’s 11 points, and Kiyan Anthony’s 22, Team Strive For Greatness lost their game against the Florida Rebels, with a final score of 72-67. To add onto that, this loss came despite LeBron James and Rajon Rondo personally coaching the team. In every way, this wasn’t the day to lose a game.
However, scouts were impressed by both Kiyan and Bryce. LeBron even made sure the public knew their name, posting a graphic on his story to do it. Take a look at this tweet by tragicpatek below to see a screenshot of ‘the King’s Instagram story.

While such an action may focus all the attention on SFG, LeBron will want his kid to concentrate on his game. After all, if the team can’t bounce back to win their next game, all the attention they are getting will fizzle out soon enough.
The discourse regarding Bryce and Bronny James
Bryce and Bronny are well-liked and their talents acknowledged by the public at the moment. However, there has been a prevalent discourse about who is better than the other and why that is.
Despite being only 6ft 2” at the moment, Bronny is the perfect role player. He can shoot, has elite passing vision, and is one of the best perimeter defenders in his age group. Something akin to Jrue Holiday, and a healthy Lonzo Ball at his best.
On the other hand, Bryce has been known to do it all at a higher level. He is an elite shooter, playmaker, and overall scorer. Of course, his frame being 4 inches taller than his brother doesn’t hurt either. That being said, it is still too early to judge who the better brother is.
