"Aye, they are the one tampering, not us!": Spencer Dinwiddie hilariously roasts Lebron James' Lakers among other teams for allegedly tampering to get who they want this offseason

Spencer Dinwiddie hilariously roasts the Lakers, Heat, and Raptors for allegedly tampering during this offseason.

As many know by now, Spencer Dinwiddie has officially left the Brooklyn Nets and joined the Wizards during this year’s NBA free agency.

Most have been a bit critical of Washington’s direction, and justifiably so. The team has already given away Russell Westbrook and is mostly filled with young players now. Perhaps the only elite player they have, that doesn’t fit in their timeline now, is Bradley Beal.

Because of this, many in the NBA community thought the Wizards star would want out as well. But, it seems he has a very good relationship with Dinwiddie and wishes to play out the final 2 years of his contract.

This has made many worry that perhaps some tampering was involved. And when a reporter asked the former Nets star about this, he had quite the interesting answer planned.

Let’s get into it.

“No tampering here”: Spencer Dinwiddie’s roast of the Lakers, Heat, and Raptors has fans chuckling across the league

At this point, it is no secret that most, if not all NBA teams indulge in tampering. In fact, it is now so bad, that we wouldn’t be surprised if the mentality had become ‘if you’re not tampering, you’re not trying hard enough’. And frankly, part of that is the NBA’s fault.

They have shown lenience towards the bigger franchises in the league when it comes to tampering laws. Just recently, there was an official report saying that Westbrook, James, and Davis met up at the King’s house to discuss their roles, a solid two weeks before the move happened. But, there was absolutely no action taken against the Lakers.

Fans were a bit scared of the Wizards doing the exact same thing. However, when Spencer Dinwiddie was asked about it all, he essentially had the perfect answer. Take a look below.

You know when you’re joking, but also, you’re really not? We’re sure the now Wizards star does.

Jokes aside though, we are definitely excited to see Bradley Beal, and Spencer Dinwiddie on a team together. But will they make the playoffs again? Or will this be yet another season of disappointment?

Only time will tell.
