Gabrielle Union gets candid, reveals she cheated on Chris Howard
Union, who often has been quite candid about her personal life, left no stone unturned when she revealed that she cheated on her first husband, Chris Howard.
When speaking with Dax Shephard on his podcast, Union said, “In our first marriage, neither one of us felt like the marriage should get in the way of our dating.”. She added, “I felt that that’s what comes, the spoils of riches,”.
Gabrielle talked about the immaturity of her first marriage and why it shouldn’t have left the dating phase, let alone get tied down by matrimony.

As for her current marriage, it is in a far happier place. Union reveals that the two were off to a rocky start and both had to do inner work to come back to where they are currently.
Gabrielle said, “We randomly came back around as more healed people and more open to understanding our complicity in some of the challenges that we created for ourselves,”.
Union adds that both she and D-Wade choose each other and that sentiment harbors no resentment, only love.
