Shaquille O’Neal has been in the spotlight over the past few months for his pranks on teammates, which are slowly coming to light over multiple podcast appearances. While some have laughed at them, others have criticized the four-time champion for his actions. Jason Richardson added on it, recounting another series of pranks that O’Neal used to love pulling.

The 2-time Dunk Contest champion’s appearance on the Entirely NBA Podcast was an entertaining one. In a candid conversation, he told his hosts how the 7-foot-tall Shaq would “bear hug” his trainers straight out of the shower.
Yes, straight out of the shower, with no clothes on. Richardson recalled how he’d do this with a lot of the Suns’ trainers during his time there.
“Shaq used to come in the locker room, straight out the shower, just b**t a** naked,” he revealed. “He’d go running, grab one of the trainers, get him in a bear hug, and roll around on the ground with him, b**t naked.”
Fighting off a normal Shaq is difficult enough, but when he’s dripping wet from the shower and still soaked, it’s a whole other ballgame. Richardson spoke about his strength when explaining how nobody had ever managed to escape from one of his bear hugs.
“And Shaq is 7 feet, 360 (pounds) whatever, I mean you can’t get off that bear hug man!” he exclaimed.
This may have been one of Shaq’s relatively tamer pranks, but former teammate Tyronn Lue revealed a far harsher one that he pulled on Devean George.
When Shaquille O’Neal soiled his teammate’s shoe
Lue, who shared a locker room with Shaq on the Lakers, revealed that he once defecated in George’s shoe over a simple disagreement that the two had.
Speaking to Draymond Green and Baron Davis, Lue explained how George refused to do something that Shaq asked him to, putting him in the big man’s crosshairs.
Rather than argue with him verbally, Shaq decided to relieve himself in George’s shoes while he was not in the locker room. But he didn’t just stop there. According to Lue, Shaq “knocks it so it goes all the way down to the front of it.”
Of course, George was in for a rude surprise when he came back to the locker room. Completely unaware of what had happened, he had “snuck” his foot inside the shoe. Talk about being caught off guard!
