"Dumb-a** question": Bradley Beal's honest opinion about question posed to Devin Booker and Chris Paul after NBA Finals Game 5

Wizards star Bradley Beal recently tweeted about a brusque question that a reporter addressed to Devin Booker during the post-match press conference.

The Phoenix Suns have found themselves in deep waters after losing Game Five to the Milwaukee Bucks at home. The Bucks are one win away from lifting their first NBA trophy since 1971.

The Suns, despite being up 2-0 in the Finals initially, lost the next 3 consecutive matches to the Bucks. This has raised too many eyebrows, with many accusing Chris Paul’s poor performance in Games Three and Four as one of the major reasons for the Suns’ recent losses.

CP3’s teammate Devin Booker has been playing sensational basketball in the Finals so far, averaging 30 PPG on a 47.1% shooting from the field and 86.2% shooting from the free-throw line.

Paul, on the other hand, who somewhat found his groove back in Game Five, had been struggling from the field in Games Three and Four and had umpteen no turnovers.

During a post-match press conference of Game Five, a reporter asked Devin Booker how frustrated was he for CP3 post the Suns’ loss in Game Five loss in the NBA Finals.

The bizarre question had Booker and Paul bewildered. Booker chose to ignore the above situation by responding, “next question please.”

The above video had social media in splits. Wizards star Bradley Beal, who had a great season this year finishing second behind Stephen Curry in scoring, had the following message for the question addressed to Devin Booker.

The trolls would never let this situation go unnoticed and responded with the following tweets.

The above question will definitely go down in the history books of the dumbest questions asked by a reporter during an NBA post-match press conference.

Though there has been a lot of noise about how Chris Paul is just one ring away from having the perfect Hall of Fame resume, the reporter clearly forgot that a berth in the NBA Finals is a golden opportunity for all the players involved in it and not only one particular individual.
