"Happy Birthday Kevin Durant!": Entire Team USA Olympics contingent trolls the Brooklyn Nets superstar ahead of their opening ceremony

Ahead of the 2021 Olympics opening ceremony, the entire Team USA’s contingent decided to troll Kevin Durant by wishing him a happy birthday… despite his birthday being in September.

Kevin Durant is one of the best players in modern basketball. The Brooklyn Nets superstar has achieved each and every feat attainable in the league. While KD is the most prolific scorer in the league today, there is virtually nothing that the 6-foot-11 forward isn’t good at. However, there is one thing that could be Durant’s weakness – the inability to take a joke.

On several occasions, whether on social media or at award ceremonies, we have seen Kevin get roasted. Obviously, people mean no disrespect to the 11-time All-Star. However, sometimes, The Durantula takes things a bit personal rather than being a sport about it. And because Durant is always so serious, people troll him even more.

That is exactly what happened just minutes before the 2021 Olympics opening ceremony. The entire Team USA contingent – over 500 professional athletes, decided to mess around with the 2014 MVP.

NBA fans react to Kevin Durant getting trolled by the Team USA contingent

Just minutes before Team USA’s introduction during the 2021 Olympics opening ceremony, all the Untied State athletes decided to troll Kevin Durant by wishing him a happy birthday, despite his birthday being in September. Clearly, Kevin wanted no part of that prank and looked to be rather uncomfortable.

Like always, NBA Twitter exploded after seeing Team USA trolling the 2-time Finals MVP.
