Having Had 4 Children With Scottie Pippen, Larsa Pippen Receives Mother’s Day Greeting From Lakers Amidst LeBron James Co Game 6 Win

Larsa Pippen has been making headlines over the past year for her high profile relationship with Marcus Jordan. With them dominating social media with their affection for one another, it’s easy to forget on occasion that the reality TV alum is actually a mother of 4 children. All 4 of her kids were fathered by Chicago Bulls legend, Scottie Pippen. Given that she has 4 kids, the Los Angeles Lakers decided to send her a few gifts for a special day.

The reason for why Larsa and Marcus get an egregious amount of attention is obvious. Pippen was married to Scottie Pippen who was teammates with Michael Jordan during their run to the Finals in the 1990s. And as everybody knows, Marcus is Michael’s second oldest son.

To add more to the narrative, both Scottie and Michael had a bit of a falling out after the release of ‘The Last Dance’. The former, in his memoir, revealed that he didn’t appreciate the way he was portrayed in the docuseries.

Larsa Pippen gets a Mother’s Day gift from the Lakers

Larsa Pippen’s oldest son, Scotty Pippen Jr, is player for the Los Angeles Lakers. After a stint with the South Bay Lakers, the purple and gold’s G-League affiliate, he was called up to the league to be on the active roster. He doesn’t get meaningful minutes as of yet and probably won’t for the rest of the Playoff given his lack of experience.

Larsa, being Scotty’s mother, received quite the heart-warming gift from the Lakers for this 2023 Mother’s Day as they sent her their best wishes a bouquet of flowers to go along with it. many wondered why the Lakers were wishing her but it’s obvious that it was because her son plays for them.

It’s unclear if the organization did this for the mother of every single player however. It would be a nice sentiment if this was the case.

Scotty Pippen Jr and Malik Beasley are on the same team

NBA Twitter was set ablaze during this past trade deadline when they found out that Malik Beasley had been packaged in a trade to the Los Angeles Lakers from the Minnesota Timberwolves. This is because Beasley was openly in a relationship with Larsa Pippen a couple years ago.

Beasley at the time was married to the mother of his child, Montana Yao, and yet still made public appearances with Larsa. So, when people started to put two and two together about Malik and Scotty being on the same team, it drummed up a significant deal of interest.

There have been no reports regarding whether or not this topic was brought up between them but it must’ve been a bit awkward nonetheless in the beginning stages of them being teammates.
