"He's very good!": Jayson Tatum Equals Larry Bird and Earns Acclaim From the Prince of England

The Boston Celtics are on a roll and the Crown Prince of England, William can attest to that. He was in attendance tonight at the TD Garden to watch Jayson Tatum dismantle the Miami Heat. Tatum himself is on the ascendency, he is challenging Larry Bird’s records and breaking them with ease.

They are 18-4 for the season and on a 5-win streak. The Cs look unstoppable at the moment and Jayson Tatum wants his name to be heard. The chants should be louder and he should firmly be a shout in the MVP conversation.

He is second on the MVP ladder and there is reason to believe he will rise to first place. Luka might be putting up historic numbers but Tatum isn’t far behind.

He put up a stunning 49-point performance tonight and in the presence of royalty, he didn’t bow his head down. He held it high and even earned the approval of the royals!

Prince of England is in attendance as Jayson Tatum challenges Larry Bird’s throne!

Prince William was in attendance to watch the Celtics take on the Heat and even he was stunned at Jayson’s mesmerizing performance. His Highness, William was seen saying, “He’s very good” after Tatum made a 3-point shot.

And with his performance tonight Jayson is starting to eclipse Larry Bird. He has equaled Larry in several other metrics tonight, he continues to add to that tally.

If Tatum continues putting up these numbers and perhaps adds some hardware, he might even be able to challenge Bird’s status as one of the greatest Celtics of all time.

Boston Celtics and Jayson Tatum’s march continues!

Apart from matching and breaking several of Larry Bird’s records, he is on a scoring spree of his own.

If you think that stat was wild, he is the only one to have 900+ threes before 25.

The Celtics are not overly reliant on Tatum’s heroics, as illustrated by this graphic.

They have been quietly stitching up an offense that can perhaps, go down as the greatest of all time. Marcus Smart and Jaylen Brown have silently been putting up great numbers. Their support is helping Tatum create history.

In the last three games, the Cs have simply been unstoppable. And with momentum behind them, how far can the Celtics go? Will Jayson be in contention for MVP? Or will they fall short?

We’re only just a quarter of the way into the season. And it will be interesting to see what time will bring.

For now, the conquest continues. The Celtics will most likely continue to win and perhaps even aim to break their franchise record. Jayson looks like he is in a league of his own and there is no stopping him.
