Nets’ superstar Kevin Durant seems to be getting into yet another Twitter beef, fans accuse him of mocking the Lakers with his burner account

The Los Angeles Lakers recently announced their Big 3, with the signing of Russell Westbrook. Now the Lakers have LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Russell Westbrook. However, that’s not all. Recent trade and free agency rumors share a lot of experienced players are willing to take a pay cut and join the Lakers. There are quite a few notable names in that list, such as Carmelo Anthony, Rudy Gay, and DeMar DeRozan.

However, without considering the free agency additions, the Lakers currently have a big problem. There is no true shooter on the Lakers, as none of their stars has a good shooting percentage. The Lakers traded away two of their shooters and would need to find replacements soon. However, in the meanwhile, a page named ‘Bulls Got Next’ pointed the same out, and made fun of the fact Marc Gasol is the best shooter on the Lakers currently.

Fans accuse Kevin Durant of being scared of the Lakers, claim he’s back on his burners

Kevin Durant is one of the NBA celebrities who has a vibrant social media presence. The Nets’ superstar has been known to get into Twitter fights and have burner accounts for the same.

A Lakers fan called Durant out for the Marc Gasol tweet, and claimed that Durant was ‘scared to death’.

Kevin Durant was having none of it, and straight-up asked what was he scared of?

The fan then tried to act coy, and said “we both know’. However, Durant wanted none of the smoke, and asked him to elaborate.

While the fan hasn’t responded yet, it sure seems like would be an interesting thread to follow. Currently, Kevin Durant and Team USA are preparing for the Olympic Quarter-Finals, which are due to take place on 3rd August.
