Kawhi Leonard hasn’t been playing an awful lot for the LA Clippers in the regular season… again. After all this time of the man receiving criticism on his load managing ways, the man still doesn’t think it’s time to change things.

The Clippers’ chemistry has taken a massive hit, severely affecting their chances to win an NBA championship this season. And this, in turn, has led many to ask the question…
Does Kawhi Leonard even want to play in the NBA’s Regular season?
Well, recently the man was asked to provide his answer to the same question. And let’s just say, his answer was a bit of an unexpected one.
Kawhi Leonard is shockingly frank about his intentions to play in the NBA regular season
We live in an age where NBA stars don’t often tell fans everything, and with good reason.
Their every word is going to shape the way they are viewed by people across the globe, and could accordingly, completely change their marketability and reputation.
But it appears that Kawhi Leonard doesn’t care about any of that, as he recently put this answer out when asked about his intentions for time on the court, this season.
Kawhi Leonard: “I’m not worried about tonight… I don’t want to be here tonight. I’m focusing on the end of the year. Playoff basketball. Doesn’t matter about tonight.”

This was after he dropped a cool 25 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists, and 1 steal while shooting 10 of 12 from the field, and 2 of 3 from beyond the arc in a comfortable Clippers win.
Given what he was able to do, there isn’t much most people can say. After all, the results are there.
However, is what he is doing right by any means here?
Is Kawhi Leonard going too far?
So far this season, Kawhi Leonard has played just 9 of the Clippers’ 29 games. And the worst part is, he hasn’t even really been injured this season either.
Yes, the man made it clear that he doesn’t care about the regular season. But, he sure is paid for it.
Unless Leonard voluntarily subscribes to a substantial pay cut to go along with his load management ways, this is nothing but an aloof abuse of his power.
